The v2 in the title obviously means that this is the newly revised version of their original Pure Fi system which in it’s own right caused some positive waves in the industry. The new model now comes with iPhone compatibility and some other features that dramatically improve the functionality.
It now has an improved design that minimises that annoying electrical interference that all you die hard iPod fans will have encountered in the past which is the most important revision in our view.
The iPod speaker dock feels solidly built and rigid enough to stand the tests of time. Its neatly designed remote gives you the flexibility to control it from afar, and the sound itself also goes quite the distance at full volume.
Unlike other iPod docks in this price range the sound doesn’t sound low quality or tinny, and you can hear the full range of the musical spectrum.
For £70 you’ll find it hard to find a better iPod or iPhone speaker dock that delivers in quality, design, looks and functionality. With the Logitech brand name in play you can be sure that it has been designed to the peak of their ability. An excellent all rounder.
